Full 10 year guarantee

Our full 10 year guarantee is given as standard only with all folding attic stairs and ladders which we supply and fit.

Cost of parts is fully covered, cost of labour is fully covered and up to three call outs are free of charge.

Fair usage applies.

Excessive use may void the guarantee.

Damage caused by neglect or misuse may void the guarantee.

3 year parts guarantee

Our 3 year parts guarantee is given as standard only with all folding attic stairs which we supply and do not fit.

Cost of parts is fully covered.

Call out and labour charges will apply.

Fair usage applies.

Incorrect installation of the attic stairs may void the guarantee.

Excessive use may void the guarantee.

Damage caused by neglect or misuse may void the guarantee.
