The Thermo, is our standard model pull down attic ladder. This unit comes with a 26mm insulated, draft sealed and spring assisted trapdoor and a sturdy, three-part, pine, folding ladder. Also check out our "Maxi Thermo" model, which has double the insulation and a second air seal.

This product should be considered for installation by carpenters, but if you are an advanced DIYer you should be capable of installing it. Please be aware that when purchasing this product, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for installation and that you will need your own tools, materials and fixings.

Returns will not be accepted where the product packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
