The Deluxe, which one of our upgraded pull-down attic ladders, comes with a 26mm insulated, draft sealed and spring assisted trapdoor and a sturdy, steel, scissor style ladder, which is less steep than the timber versions and can achieve a higher ceiling than standard.

This product should be considered for installation by carpenters, but if you are an advanced DIYer you should be capable of installing it. Please be aware that when purchasing this product, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for installation and that you will need your own tools, materials and fixings.

Returns will not be accepted where the product packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
