The Compact Thermo, is our scaled down, 4 part folding version of our standard model pull down attic ladder, designed for when you are restricted with how much you can extend your opening. This unit comes with a 26mm insulated, draft sealed and spring assisted trapdoor and a sturdy, four-part, pine, folding ladder. Also check out our "Space Saver" model, for an even shorter length opening required.

This product should be considered for installation by carpenters, but if you are an advanced DIYer you should be capable of installing it. Please be aware that when purchasing this product, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for installation and that you will need your own tools, materials and fixings.

Returns will not be accepted where the product packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
